I'm not sure who was more excited Allison or the babies. They were unsure till William jumped off the side, then it was waaaay cool(; Allison will kill me for posting her pic swimming, but it's priceless. I love that Wen and Adaline trust and love Allison so much.

The Question We Get Everyday

http://www.jeremystatton.com/the-question

I have wanted to write about the questions for some time now. Today I read this and it sums it up very well "take up your cross and follow him". Not say it's too hard or we already have too many. My mother has asked "who are y'all adopting now" and my mother-in-law asked "surely y'all are done"??? Both questions made me laugh. Let's just say if God leads us to care for more people, be it in Uganda or in our home, we will do it. Pray we become more crazy because I wouldn't have it any other way(; Allie says "normal is boring Mom"!!! She is one of my favorite people in this whole house lol...

Watermelon and Sunshine

So my William has an obsession. If he sees one in the grocery, on the side of the road, or even on the counter....he must have it. And he wants an entire HALF of it. He needs a tailgate and a fork and you better back off. I've never seen a kid so crazy about WATERMELONS!!! He is so funny. Yesterday he knew we had one in the van for lunch at Pops. William couldn't stand sitting through church. Are we done yet, can we go now??? He talked about HIS watermelon all the way to Pops. He said ok put it in the fridge right now Mama so it can be cold. He waited about 37 seconds and said lets go EAT IT! Here is their picture. He had half and the rest of the family shared half.
May your Memorial Day be blessed with family and gratitude for our Freedom. Thank you to all who have served our country! We will never forget!

Mama Has a New Toy

So it's not a secret that I'm tech/gadget/electronically challenged. My husband usually gets a new high tech phone and I despise the phone because I can't operate it. The truth is I get more upset because he can operate it and I can't. Well, I jumped off the deep end today and bought the iPhone 4s. I was trying to wait Apple out for the 5 but my eBay, broken screen, bobo phone had to be retired. Actually my husband texted me "go buy it now". I'm excited but it may be a few years before I can do much with it. Lol... Hope this post goes through. Have a blessed weekend! Love you guys!

Thy Word Have I Hid In My Heart...

I think these two are finally settling in and have found their places. What do you think???

I kept trying to get Wen to look at me. He would smile, but look at the ground. She decided to try to help him lol...

"Jesus Chirst the same yesterday, today, and forever. Hebrews 13:8" This is the verse he was saying here. It was very hard to hold back the tears. To see these precious four year old babies speaking God's word from memory. This is what life is all about. It won't matter what kind of house we had or what degrees we had when our time on earth is done. His word will last forever.

I love you more than you will ever know and I'm so proud of you little man!!!
I don't think we are the only ones that love Corbin. Miss Heather seems to think he is pretty cool. We are so blessed to have great teachers that minister to our babies every Sunday. They truly care about them and pour their hearts into them. BTW, Corbin loves Miss Heather just in case you couldn't tell(:

He is so proud of his trophy and certificate. These are for learning all of his required memory work. Moving to five year old Sunday School class very soon. This will be a major milesone. This means that he can move to POA kids!!! He no longer has to sit with Mama and Daddy on Wednesday nights. He gets to go with the big school aged kids.
Sigh....my baby):
